Data protection statement for social media
Concerns referring to data protection in social media are taken seriously by the Hundred Percent. Currently, it has not yet been settled in how far social networks offer their services in accordance to the European data protection regulation.
We use social media to present our work through widely used and contemporary channels.
Cookies are not set by our display of social media buttons to connect to those services when our website pages are loaded on your computer (or other devices) or from components from those services embedded in our web pages.
Each social media channel has their own policy on the way they process your personal data when you access their sites. For example, if you choose to watch one of our videos on YouTube, you will be asked for explicit consent to accept YouTube cookies; if you look at our Twitter activity on Twitter, you will be asked for explicit consent to accept Twitter cookies; the same applies for LinkedIn.
If you have any concerns or questions about their use of your personal data, you should read their privacy policies carefully before using them.
Therefore, we call attention to the fact that Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Google+ and YouTube as services used by the Hundred Percent save and process data of their users for commercial ends (e.g. personal information, IP addresses) according to their own data protection statements.
The Hundred Percent cannot influence the collection of data and their further use by social networks. There is no knowledge on the extent, the place and the duration of saving these data as well as on the networks’ attitude towards the obligation to delete content, to the analysis, linking and passing on of data.
